Facade fabrication and assembly is a critically important part of the project development process. ALUMART maintains a dedicated manufacturing facility close to Bucharest, capable of providing fabrication services for the most complex designs and the most challenging project schedules. Our facilities incorporate new manufacturing equipment and processes for aluminium windows and curtainwall fabrication and assembly.
In addition, to provide adequate capacity for the fluctuating demands typical of the building marketplace, we have developed a network of outside fabrication sources. These partner fabricators and material suppliers have been rigorously trained and qualified in relevant aspects of facades systems, and all have successfully provided services on prior ALUMART projects.
For the entire facility we enforce our own protocol FPC-Factory Production Control which is in total compliance with modern ISO standards and CE Marking. Additionally, as an extra layer of quality assurance, we devise our own internal ITP-Inspection and test plan, that further tests the fabrication process.
